- Heat olive oil in large casserole, sauté the onions till almost soft. Add garlic and fry for another minute before adding meat. Break up lumps of mince and cook till brown.

- Melt butter in sauce pan, add gluten free flour and combine to form paste. Slowly add rice milk while whisking to keep from forming lumps.



- When the sauce thicken, add cheese and pinch of cinnamon, while still whisking. Add whisked egg and combine with sauce. Check before adding salt to season to taste.



- Pour sauce over pasta and meat. Smooth the sauce and place in oven. Bake for 40 minutes till golden brown.
